PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due immediately preceding the scheduled test. Payments must be made with cash, Zelle, or Venmo unless a prior credit check and approval has been made for Company Checks. Hoth Testing does not offer billing; all tests are pre-pay.
Pricing: All Pricing can be found on the pricing page at www.hothtesting.com. We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts on these prices, as well as penalties for now following our policy.

CANCELLATIONS

NO SHOW POLICY: A no show is an appointment that was not canceled in-advance. No shows inconvenience other customers who need a test and can cost the company a lot of money by having our staff idle.

AUTO TEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Auto Test Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or not showing for appointment will result in $10 re-booking fee. The $10 re-booking fee will be due at the time of the next scheduled test. If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance, there will be no fee due.

CDL TEST CANCELLATION POLICY

All CDL Tests cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment. (Classes A,B and C) Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or not showing up for appointment will result in a $50 fee. The $50 fee will be due at the time of the next scheduled test, including if there are multiple scheduled tests for any given day, the fee WILL BE DUE that day, in order to complete the rest of the scheduled tests.

*Hoth Testing reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to weather, road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

RESCHEDULING DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE AND/OR BEING LATE

Should a test need to be rescheduled due to a customer being unprepared (Faulty Equipment, Missing Documents etc) Hoth Testing understands that mistakes do happen, and you will not be responsible for the full test fee, however a re-booking fee of $10 for Autos and $50 for all CDL exams will apply towards your next test.

REFUND POLICY

Hoth Testing enforces a strict no refund policy, regardless of the outcome of a test. Certain test failures may be eligible for a discount on the 2nd test.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Hoth Testing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to multiple violations of policy.

PRICING:

Sunday testing will incur an additional charge.
